Eligibility Criteria:
 

Business Type

• Must be a registered Wholesaler, Distributor, or Industry Representative with an ABN/ACN (or equivalent registration if outside Australia).
  Note: Installers or businesses acting solely as installers are not eligible for this program, as they are encouraged to purchase directly from approved distributors or our website.

Industry Experience

• Proof of established clientele or active involvement in distributing AJAX products is required.

​

Market Reach

• Demonstrates a capacity to promote or distribute the product to a broad customer base.

• Retailers applying for a display module must have a physical or online store presence.

Commitment to Feedback

• Agrees to provide written feedback or testimonials about the product within 30 days of receiving the demo unit.

Intent to Collaborate

• Must outline how the product will be utilized (e.g., display purposes, testing, demonstration to clients).

• For display modules, applicants must commit to showcasing the product prominently in-store or at industry events.

Exclusivity and Integrity

• Cannot be a direct competitor or associated with a company producing similar products.

• Must agree not to reproduce, modify, or resell the demo module.

Location

• Available to applicants within Australia. For international applicants, additional shipping fees may apply.

Form Submission

• Applicants must complete the online form accurately and provide supporting documentation, including business registration details and relevant industry certifications where required.

Shipping

• Shipping within Australia for a demo module is free.

• International applicants may apply but will be subject to additional shipping fees

Demo Unit Terms

​After 30 days of receiving the demo unit, applicants must inform us whether they wish to:

• Keep the unit for display purposes only (Wholesalers must not sell the demo unit without written consent and must purchase stock from an official distributor in their region, listed on our website at https://www.tracebytested.com.au/stockists.

• Return the unit at their own expense

• Distributors only may choose to purchase the unit, and the cost will be credited to their account.
