Our website offers PCB modules with a 1-year limited warranty, provided specific conditions are met. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace products without prior notice.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude shipping costs, which will be calculated during checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods provided on our website.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products will be shipped via standard or express shipping as chosen during checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.

  • Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

 

5. Warranty

  • We offer a 1-year limited warranty on the PCB module only, subject to the following conditions:

    • The module must be installed by an authorised Ajax installer.

    • Proof of installation by an authorised Ajax installer must be provided for warranty claims.

    • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors.

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • To make a warranty claim, please contact us via contact email or website form with your proof of purchase and installation details.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be offered for defective products or products damaged during shipping.

  • To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving the product with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

  • Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition.

  • Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

7. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective product, at our discretion, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
